Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding practice that synchronises breath with movement, generating internal heat to purify the body. This powerful form of yoga, known for its numerous vinyasas, is excellent for building core strength and toning muscles. Be prepared to sweat as you flow through a set sequence of postures. Regular practice offers improved flexibility and strength, enhanced mind-body connection, increased stamina and endurance, stress relief, and mental clarity.
Private session 60 minutes: 2,000 THB
Two- person session 60 minutes: 1,500 THB per person
Group session 60 minutes: 1,000 THB per person

Meditation
Meditation is a transformative practice that cultivates inner peace and mental clarity. Through focused attention and mindfulness techniques, you'll learn to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Our experienced instructors guide you through various meditation styles, including mindfulness, loving-kindness, and transcendental meditation.
Private guided session 30 minutes: 1,000 THB
Group session 45 minutes: 800 THB per person
Online session 60 minutes: 600 THB per person
